Terms of Service
Effective Date: 21/09/2025 Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the APIs, data, and services (“Services”) provided by Reactive Group Oy (“Reactive Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Introduction
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Reactive Data. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Access and License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our APIs and data for your internal business purposes. You agree not to: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our data without written permission. Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls. Use the Services to build competing products for commercial resale. Sandbox keys are for evaluation only and may be throttled or terminated at any time. Production use requires an active subscription or written enterprise agreement.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access or key compromise, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all usage under your account until keys are revoked or rotated.
Fees and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Fees are charged according to the subscription plan or contract selected. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you must pay. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. Enterprise customers may have custom billing and invoicing terms defined in a separate agreement.
Data Quality and Availability
We strive for accurate and timely data but make no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. Our data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. If you require guaranteed uptime or service credits, this will be governed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services or infrastructure.
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes, including violations of securities laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bulk scrape, or extract data outside of permitted API use.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, APIs, documentation, and data remain the exclusive property of Reactive Data. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in these Terms. You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:
- Breach these Terms or any applicable law.
- Exceed agreed-upon rate limits or misuse the APIs.
- Fail to pay fees when due.
You may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to the billing cycle and plan terms. Upon termination, your license to the Services ends immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with that policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of law rules.
If Reactive Data is later incorporated in Delaware (USA), Delaware law will apply.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland (or Delaware courts if applicable).
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email or dashboard notification before they take effect.
