Effective Date: 21 September 2025 Last Updated: 21 September 2025 This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using the APIs, data, and services (“Services”) provided by Reactive Group Oy (“Reactive Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Fair Use
You agree to use the Services in a manner that is fair, responsible, and consistent with the purpose of the APIs. This includes:
Respecting published rate limits and quotas
Using sandbox environments for evaluation and not for production workloads
Avoiding actions that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data without a commercial agreement
Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage restrictions
Scrape, spider, or extract data outside of permitted API requests
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the APIs
Use the Services for unlawful purposes, including violations of securities regulations
Submit data or content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customer data
Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Keeping API keys and credentials secure
Rotating keys if compromise is suspected
Not exposing credentials in public code repositories or client-side applications
Immediately notifying us of any suspected breach at [email protected]
Enforcement
If you violate this AUP, we may:
Throttle or block your API access
Suspend or terminate your account
Work with law enforcement if illegal activity is detected
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, unless prohibited by law or urgent action is required to protect the platform.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page, with notice provided for significant updates.
